Run system properties to remove profiles as different user

When supporting a user and you would like to remove/delete other user profiles without needing to sign in as admin, the easiest approach for me would be to start an elevated cmd or powershell terminal, and run:

sysdm.cpl

This would bring up the environment variables panel, where you can navigate and remove users as an elevated user.
